They have also, been awarded Ceritificate of Excellence for 2 consecutive years now. My Villas Mauritus wanted a one page landing site where the users landed through the Google Ads. This page gave all the necessary information that the potential travelers might need, and based on that they could either make a reservation or ask for a quote. We collaborated with ModigiBiz ( the marketing partner of My Villas Mauritius at the time) on this project to gain insights on the hospitality market in Mauritius and to also analyse the analytics from the past campaign. Usability Session with a Remote UserOur Approach7 users in the age group 22-40 were showed and asked to interact with the current landing page to observe and get insights on how they interact with the website. We also asked them to perform certain tasks to see what the success rate was. Based on the insights from the usability testing, we revamped the current landing page into a new page, that was less much readable, had clear call to actions, had a much clearer hierarchy of content and had relevant call to action buttons.
